The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all transactions concerning the sale of our Products.
When initiating a purchase via any channel, be it through our official distributors, wholesalers, or third-party vendors, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these T&Cs. Notably, these T&Cs take precedence over any other purchasing terms the Buyer might possess. The act of the Seller processing the Buyer’s order does not indicate the acceptance of the Buyer’s set terms. Rather, it solidifies these T&Cs as the governing terms. Any divergence between these T&Cs and other documents the Buyer shares, like purchase orders or invoices, is resolved in favour of these T&Cs. Together with fundamental order details, these T&Cs encapsulate the full agreement with the Buyer’s product purchase.
All Product prices align with the latest price schedule released by the Seller, subject to potential updates. Any expenses borne by the Seller to uphold these T&Cs or to retrieve overdue amounts, irrespective of legal action, will be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer is also accountable for all applicable taxes tied to the purchase. Should the Seller have to cover these charges, the Buyer will promptly reimburse the Seller.
Alterations in Product Composition:
The Seller reserves the right to modify the composition, ingredients, or production process of the Products as part of our commitment to innovation and excellence in CBD for Skincare. Such alterations do not mandate the Seller to apply changes to previously ordered Products or to honour orders for discontinued items.
Usage Guidelines:
To access this platform, one must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Ensuring compliance with this age criterion rests with the user. The onus is on the Buyer to verify their legal age for product acquisition.
Product Returns:
Upon receiving the Products, the Buyer must promptly inspect them. Any grievances about product non-conformance, defects, or damages must be conveyed to the Seller in writing within 24 hours of product receipt. The Seller, at their discretion, may replace or refund non-conforming items. Returns based on personal preference or other listed discrepancies are not entertained.
Promotions and Discounts:
Zenistic CBD occasionally offers promotions and discounts. However, the continuation of such offers lies at our discretion, and they may be terminated without prior notice.
Billing and Fees:
By sharing your credit card details, you grant the seller the authority to invoice your account for all applicable fees. It’s imperative to keep us informed about changes in your billing details. We hold the right to modify our billing practices. The Buyer bears the responsibility for any taxes and associated fines and will safeguard the company against any tax-related liabilities.
Website Access Rights:
Users receive a restricted, non-exclusive license to access this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial exploitation of the site or its content is strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions:
Our platform is to be used ethically and lawfully. Misuse in the form of harassment, false representation, or uploading unauthorised content is not tolerated. Commercial solicitations or endorsements are not allowed unless sanctioned by the seller.
